Barre Intensity ® incorporates small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. Barre Intensity is low impact and begins each exercise in its basic form then add on Intense Strength and/or Intense Cardio options.
Flow begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Flow is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts
