Step with Sarah is a new twist on traditional step aerobics. Routines are set to old and new school hip hop music making for a high energy cardio workout. 

 

Step is a full body aerobic workout that is fun and addicting!​ Whether you are just starting out your fitness journey or are looking to shake up your cardio, this class is for you!  

 

Modifications for beginners or those with injuries. Advance steps for those looking to level up! 

 

No experience necessary, for all fitness levels & ages.

Sculpt with Sarah is a resistance and strength workout that is hyper focused on toning. Incorporating light weights, resistance bands and aerobic steps for a full body workout. 

Sculpt with Sarah is a total body conditioning class, however it’s designed in particular to sculpt your legs, booty and core!

Sculpt & Step with Sarah is a mash of cardio AND resistance class. We will begin & end each workout with Step. Routines are set to old & new school hip hop music. Step is a new twist on traditional step aerobics.

 

We will have a Sculpt portion in the middle of class, we will use a variety of equipment and body weight. This program is a full body conditioning workout,  however it’s designed in particular to sculpt your legs, booty and core!
