You're weekly check in will greatly help to evaluate progress & adjust your upcoming goals for the week. 

Don't forget to upload your progress pictures, update your weight, track ALL food for week.

You will need ALL food logged in My Fitness Pal before you can complete this week's check in form.

You WILL NOT get new meal program without all the above.
